Alexis Solly

Practice Manager

My name is Alexis Solly, and I am the Office Manager here at Florida TMS Clinic. I was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia, a small college town about an hour south of Pittsburgh, PA. I am a wife to the best husband and father, and together we have two amazing boys. We have a little dog named “Lego”. Even though we miss our family dearly, we love living in sunny Florida. We specifically love our neighborhood in Wesley Chapel, FL, which we found to be the best suburb to raise our beautiful family. As a Mother and a Women’s advocate, I fully believe that you have to take care of yourself for the good of your family and yourself. My approach helps a lot of our patients, who I advocate for. I advise our patients to put their mental health first to get back up on their feet to support their family and loved ones. Sometimes, putting yourself first is anything but selfish. Getting better for the sake of your loved ones may be the ultimate altruism.

My role as the Practice Manager at Florida TMS Clinic

My leadership role at Florida TMS Clinic helps me ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. This reflects on the stability and organization of our patient TMS treatment journey. Typically, I would be the first person you talk to when you call Florida TMS Clinic. I would usually listen to your particular case and see how we can help take the next step for your case. If I find that TMS therapy is right for you, I will walk you through the process step by step. From starting with intake papers, scheduling a TMS evaluation with the doctor. To other arrangements related to insurance coverage and prior authorization. We are very proud at Florida TMS Clinic that we have a 100% satisfaction rate. Even if we cannot help someone, that person is always at ease knowing that we did everything possible. That, to me, is a win on its own. I organize the clinic schedule, doctor’s appointment, TMS therapist shift schedule. I also arrange for administrative meetings necessary for the practice to continue thriving.

My role as a TMS patients’ advocate

I will help you navigate the new patient process to make sure you qualify before speaking to the doctor. Insurances are my “bread and butter”. We accept all major insurances, but there is no need to worry if you have a smaller insurance plan. We will work tirelessly to get a “single case agreement”, so you can enjoy our wonderful services. Florida TMS Clinic being a premier TMS center in the Tampa Bay area, we get some of the most complicated cases that other TMS clinics deny because of insurance denials. This is where I fight for my patients to get the treatment they deserve. When insurances try to run away from their responsibilities covering an essential treatment like TMS therapy to their patients, I come charging with all the tools I have. I arrange for peer-to-peer review; then, we take to an internal appeal. In some cases, we take it to external appeal. I think advocating for mental health services is an essential component for success in any mental health practice.

What do I love about my position at Florida TMS Clinic?

I love my job because I have the pleasure of meeting and helping so many people. Before working at Florida TMS Clinic, I wasn’t familiar with TMS therapy, But since working here and seeing the fantastic results, I have seen with my own eyes how TMS has changed lives. Just knowing that there is an alternative besides medications is a win alone in my eyes. But to have something that can help without having an invasive procedure is a BIGGER WIN!! Our mission is to let everyone know what TMS therapy is and how it can help you. We want people to know that there is help out there, whether it is with us or someone else. We want everyone that comes through our door to feel like they belong here. So, if you know someone struggling with depression and anxiety, give them our number. We would be happy to talk.
